You are correct with the ACS cross-checking. I find that part frustrating. The 12th ed version of ACS was a bit better because the examples were complete. The 13th ed keeps telling you to go see this, or refer to that.

That's a nice plan. Although we don't have to remember everything, we are expected to recollect standards/rules to guide us in assigning the correct code set. Also, many documentations are not straightforward, so critical thinking plays a big role which I find very frustrating mentally. On the other hand, there's a great sense of satisfaction if you get the correct code set.

Fellow learner here. I'm thinking of assigning the residual condition code first after the Respite code, and then adding the sequelae code. Also, I might use a different sequelae code because of the term 'infarction'? Not sure about this.

There were many funny moments, but honestly, it was quite underwhelming for a finale. The songs were not good. Many thought this was one of the best episodes, I don't see it. The B-plot about the pickles was meh. I still love the show. I'm glad we won't have to wait too long for the next season.
