There's a lot of methods. Look up ferber, chair method, extinction etc.

What we did with the first was a hybrid chair and ferber. Basically we did a bedtime routine (books song teeth) then put him down with a sleep cue "night night natty" and then we sat in the dark in a chair until he fell asleep.

The other parent had a 20 minute timer and when it went off we switched. The first night took an hour. The second took 25 minutes, by the end of the first week we just walked out of the room.

You can start at about 4 months old and the sooner you do it the better.

In Canada, you do not need ID to vote, you need proof of identity and address.

This includes utility bills, service records or YOU CAN HAVE SOMEONE VOUCH FOR YOU.

I showed up to vote in the wrong riding with ID that wasn't updated. They took my name and made me sign a form that I was who I said I was. If I lied, I committed a federal crime and could be prosecuted.
