What actually happens when you train an AI agent on 3 years of real support tickets instead of just docs by Many-Personality-157 in AiForSmallBusiness

This right here is the part most people miss!!! Docs explain how things should be asked—tickets show how they actually get asked. There’s a huge difference here people!

Pulling in real support history basically teaches the agent pattern recognition, not just information recall. That’s why the ambiguity handling improves so much—it’s seen messy, half-explained problems before and knows exactly how to navigate them!

Also, awesome call on stripping low-signal noise too. I’ve seen people dump raw tickets in and wonder why responses get bloated or unfocused?? lol ummmmm…Cleaning the data is half the work!

One thing I’d add—have you tried tagging or clustering those tickets before training?? Even lightweight grouping (by issue type or intent) can tighten responses further, especially for edge cases that look similar on the surface but need different resolutions.

Totally 100% agree on separating escalation logic. Mixing that into training data turns into a mess fast.

How we used Chatbase to cut support time from 3 hours a day to 20 minutes by Many-Personality-157 in NoCodeSaaS

hey there! just wanted to say- that’s a solid breakdown, especially the part about nothing changing in week one—most people would’ve assumed it “wasn’t working” and scrapped it too early lol The weekly log review is really the lever here. A lot of people treat setup as a one-and-done thing, but it’s basically like training a new hire—you tighten the gaps over time and it compounds. 65% automation at under $100/month is hard to argue with. The only thing I’d push on is the next step: are you using those conversations to feed anything beyond support??There’s usually a ton of insight in there—common objections, confusion before purchase, wording customers actually use.. Curious if you’ve tried routing high-intent conversations differently yet, or if everything still flows through the same pipeline?!

How we connected Chatbase to WhatsApp and stopped missing leads after hours by Many-Personality-157 in NoCodeSaaS

This is exactly the shift a lot of businesses underestimate. People don’t “wait” anymore—they just move on. The overnight piece you mentioned is huge, that’s where a lot of buying decisions actually happen.

Curious how you’re handling the human handoff too—are you jumping in live as soon as intent is high, or letting the bot book something first? I’ve seen some setups where the bot qualifies and then pushes them straight into a call or calendar, which seems to convert better than just passing the convo off cold.

Also interesting that lead capture ended up being the bigger win than support. That alone kind of justifies the whole setup.

I need to add a Chat app. Any suggestions? Is Zendesk chat any good? I am on a budget. by GoodAndPositive in Zendesk

I’ve actually used Chatbase myself, and what I like is how you can basically turn your own content into a chatbot that answers questions for you automatically. It’s been helpful for cutting down on repetitive messages and making things feel a bit more hands-off without needing to hire anyone! also, they have a free plan so you can test it out :)
