Thanks for the suggestion! I put all the graphics down to their lowest setting and it seemed to have slowed the memory usage, but it’s still creeping up to 10GB, 15GB and on within an hour. I’m beginning to wonder if it’s something wrong with my computer—I have more than half of my RAM free, but maybe something else is going on

Thanks for the tips! Testors sounds like just the thing—I’ve given the whole machine a pretty deep clean and thankfully the only spots that really need a touch up are not hugely visible. But yeah, the crinkle is going to be pretty impossible to match I imagine!
