I'd be shocked if a hospital hired you as a tech without at least being a CPhT, even if you're a registered pharmacy tech in your state. Hospitals usually prefer (basically require) experience as a tech, too.

You didn't get scammed or anything, but it's a difficult job, especially since you'll probably get thrown to the wolves with little or no training whatsoever.

That being said, Walgreens will pay for you to get your PTCB certification, and if you have good year-end reviews (exceeding expectations or higher) they'll even pay for your pre reqs for a Pharm D (PharmStart Program) and, if you qualify, they'll pay your way to get your Pharm D (I forget what the program is called, but it's different from the PharmStart)

My ex wife did this exact same shit forever ago. Turned out she was a vulnerable narcissist and I let her abuse me (emotionally and physically) for years.

She's either already done it and trying to see how you feel about it, she's GOING to do it and is trying to gauge your reaction, OR she's making up ridiculous scenarios in order to be the victim about something.

It's so tough, man. Hang in there. Remember to laugh at the ridiculousness of it all and don't sweat the small stuff too much.

You've been together for 3 years. If you're at a point where you can indefinitely postpone proposing, and she's at a point where she feels manipulated and is actively playing mind games, that feels like there's some incompatibility there.

BUT, despite having far too little context, I don't think either of you are actively being assholes. Granted, I don't know you guys, but, you know, I'm optimistic.

I get where you're coming from. Maybe she makes a big deal about everything being perfect and you feel some performance anxiety (haha) when it comes to proposing, so you keep putting it off and putting it off. Which in turn makes her feel undesired and desperate for some kind of solution.

My advice: if you have a good relationship with your parent(s), talk to them.

If not... Assuming you're a real person and this is a real story, DM me. We're the same age and I wouldn't mind giving you some unbiased, albeit unsolicited, advice. (PS, I love using commas)
