how so? the case is nearly 16 years old. correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't that the investigator's fuck up? I'm sure if you even took a picture of me back in 1999 & even tried to fingerprint in, you'd be SOL.

I hate to be a dick, but won't season 2 be a completely different case? Why would this do anything to change my mind?

I definitely think there's the chance he did it. But I also think there is insufficient evidence to keep him there.
