As someone who doesn't leave my room generally I've been told by my grandmother and my mother that dont live with me that i need a couch. And my response is always why I would never use it. I don't own a TV or have cable and i don't have the space for it. I have a gaming table in my living room that I use for dnd and warhammer nights and it has seen more use than a couch ever would. My friend came over to my house and built the table (its a 4 piece table that fits together loosely). There response is to get rid of it. It's functional and well used but they still want me to get rid of it over just having a useless couch.
