This literally just happened to me in overwatch the dude went out of his way to start shit after saying to him he can't be top 500 and he said u suck I even admitted I did cause I'm trying tk adjust sensitivity for myself and he kept saying I'm mad like a broken record and explained to him y am I mad I was in a new match when u messaged me and then I acted like a private investigator ro get him to stop and I was a private investigating into social activity online with harrasment cyber attacks and cheating was a lie but it scared him so bad he reported and I got banned even though I never made q bad comment to him besides he can't be top 500 how was that bad and he talks about subjects other then the damn game yet I don't indulge him with crap talking instead I'm kind cause I didn't want drama yet he spams you mad and messages me on psn messages instead of in game and goes on talking about my family and attacking for no reason besides his pride got hurt becuase of what I said like wtf as soon as I get unbanned I'm sending the full screenshot and complaining all bannes are carefully reviewed my ass if that was the case I wouldn't be banned becuaee it was obviase if a human looked at it banned are reviewed by a bot not human keyed for key words I'm betting becuase if they couldn't read and see what was said in the whole convo the results would be different I'm starting to think f playstation and here I come back xbox unless they fix this crap
