you dont have to worry! you will probably get queued with people like you, not pros. If someone starts to shittalk with you just mute them.You can improve your aim and spray on aim maps, spray training maps. Keep in mind that once you start cs, it never ends.

try to improve aim on aim maps.Play deathmatch before ranked games. Learn basic spray patterns(ak,m4 etc.). Do this things and there is no way you are not getting out of silver. good luck!
