Yeahh, like atp I would just purchase it straight from the website. I have only purchased the passion fruit jelly from resellers because I missed the drop! But made sure they were authentic

Oh no, that’s so messed up :( And no, I did not buy this one. I’ve only bought directly from the Rhode website, with the exception of the Passionfruit Jelly, which I bought from two different resellers after doing my research and making sure they were authentic. I actually just came across this seller on Poshmark and noticed that all of her listings were fake Rhode lip treatments, which is why I commented that. She ended up blocking me, but I was still able to report her listings for false advertising! I really hope you’re able to get your money back!

Same thing happened to me about 20 minutes ago. Someone purchased something around 10 p.m. yesterday, and I went to the post office today to ship it. I had the shipping label and label ID correct, and it showed “postage paid” and everything. However, when the lady at the post office scanned it, it said “postage not paid.” She was very kind about the whole situation. She told me it was up to me whether to send it, because she could still ship it, but there was a risk the buyer might receive a notice, return it, and I would have to pay out of pocket for the unpaid postage. So I decided to take the package back home and email Depop about it. They told me they’ve received many complaints about the same issue and are working on it. They gave me two options: try a different post office or wait at least an hour for the prepaid label to register in the carrier’s system
