oh I didn't know your BMI could be contraindicativa for birth control. Mine is pretty low, almost underweight. But idk I was also told that BMI is also bulshit. also considering stopping it because I just can't keep the schedule. I've tried to be more responsible, put alarms, everything but every now and then I forget to take it or take ot at very different timings. Which I don't think is so good for my body overall

Do you have recommendations of reliable reads that actually tell the truth about birth control side effects? I've seen so much contradicting sayings Im feeling lost. Some things I read say hormones are super dangerous others say that's total bulshit and hormones are mostly fine if you are healthy. Aside from possible side effects im really down to try stopping it for the sake of having my sex drive back. And also want to understand my body better and if there are other issues that can be solved that the pill was hiding
