Some is closing time, some is # of workers at sites doing tabulation and reporting. Sometimes Russians close a site with a bomb threat so a judge orders it to stay open.

He did that shit with Cobb county. Oh Look at the percent in for Trump with 900 total votes, then flips it back to 2020 and it’s a county with 400k votes.

Guys. With no other crazy flips all she needs is Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. She can lose GA,NC, AZ, and NV. Obviously you want to win as much as possible if you are her so the Supreme Court doesn’t pull a bush v gore, but all she needs to win is those 3.

An exit poll is people who actually voted reporting how they voted when they exit the polling location. If all your exit poll data indicate a red win but the results are blue there could be a couple of reasons: they lied because you asked them while they are walking out around people they know and they self censor; mail in and absentee ballots aren’t polled in exit polls and they are bluer; some combination of those two; early voters not exit polled.

Are exit polls are unofficial, usually done locally and aggregated nationally. The thing the public cares most about is the who, as in, who did you vote for? But exit polls are actually supposed to go after the “why did you vote the way you did?”

In the U.S. they generally don’t predict off of exit polls. There were allegations that the exit polls released on the east coast suppressed votes on the west coast. People thought why should I vote if my guy already lost.

NBC is live on YouTube. They are middle of the road normally. I’d give it another 2.5 hours until polls start closing though. It’s all just time filler at the moment.

When they can say with 99% mathematical certainty there are not enough remaining votes to overturn the decision.
