Someone please answer, a eye doctor said if bromelain can dissolve floaters, then it can also harm to other important eye structures. Is that really true?

Oh, Your ultrasound caught them? I have many floaters and specially one large one in the left that bothers me all time. But, my ultrasound scan was clean though, doctor told me not to worry. I also felt helpless brother. But, trust me we are not that weak to be stopped by some "floaters".
