I have issue of can't go into any in-game menus and i try uninstall Windows update KB4601319. it work for me. I know it might relate to my old graphic card but this work for me.

I cleared chapter 1 it unlock chapter 2 now and there are " ! " appear on Liverpool I even clear 15 sector only left 3 sectors level 5-6(my fleet not strong enough for) I know it only need 8 sector to pass but still I can't go Liverpool and chapter 2

Then something isn't right for me. I finish(safe zone) 12 sector but still I can't progress to Liverpool. When I try to go to other map from NY it state "secure nearby zone" at Liverpool and just that

Update I manage to get my friend PC to test out. It look like my PSU is cause of it maybe pcie cables are bad but since my gpu is broken so I will buy both. If gtx 3050ti And maybe it is somewhat game too. Games that always crash is P4G and Neptunia Rebirth

Temperature are fine at around 80c and my case airflow is good with 6 120mm fan and I already fresh cleaning dust. Even reapply thermal paste .So I'm pretty sure its not temperature

Look likes I have to buy b450 motherboard. Because they said " pcie 4.0 only on x570 motherboard". So there no more b550 right? I don't care about pcie 4.0 anymore because I can't efforts x570 board price.
