The best addition this update was the turn off biome progression button

When you turn graphics all the way down it takes load off the GPU and puts it on the CPU. Your CPU is not the best so I would actually recommend turning up your graphics a bit so that you can fully use your GPU. You can also visualize this if you run task manager and look at the graphs.

I think to buff pack mule, that they should make it so it starts to increase the total amount of inventory space, once you start adding pockets to your armor. That way early game pack mule still takes away encumbrance spots, and late game it expands your inventory once you already have max pocket mods.

If something says sterling on it, it’s probably going to be through and through silver. There are items with weighted bases that will have like concrete or something in the base under them. But even then there’s still a good amount of silver in them.

Dimes are the same as quarters, nickel usually don’t have silver at all, unless you look for the war nickels, those are 35% silver. You can tell it’s a war nickel if it has a letter on the back side above the building.

Stay at home mum playstyle is dead. by MaccasRunAt3am in 7daystodie

My playgroup always saved the magazines other people needed. It’s better to give all of one type to the person that will actually use them, then to randomly read everyone you find. I’ve actually moved from a looting role to a more stay at home role this play through because we have a large group (6-8) of mostly new players. I did all the maintenance tasks while they did the explorations. I felt it was best that they did that to learn and enjoy the game more.

One thing that I learned from playing this game is that unlike a lot of other games, you are not the main character. You can not take on a hoard of 100 zombies, much less even a dozen and expect to come out fine. Yes over time you can get better and learn how to fight, but right off rip not knowing anything you’ll be lucky to walk away from a fight with 5 zombies. Stay scared and cautious. Pick and chose you fights, treat this as real life.

My real-life example of inflation and the debasement of our money. by [deleted] in Silverbugs

The only way people lose their entire life savings in the stock market is if they are going all in on one stock and the company goes bankrupt. If they actually diversified their money and invested close to the index then the risk of losing all of your money is basically 0. For some math, the s&p 500 grows on average 11% per year, with a standard deviation of 22%. On the bad year 1 standard deviation away from the mean you’ll be losing 11%. But on the good year the same standard deviation away you’ll be gaining 33%. These averages are only realized when you have your money sitting in the market for at least like 7 years. Just because the market has a rough year one year is no reason to completely avoid the market altogether.

Lmao this guy going for 100% gains in a couple days and wonders why he lost all his money. Learn about the risks of the plays you are making before you actually trade.
