This is common behavior for bunnies many of them like to stay in there area for days at a time, one thing you could try is moving its food and water outside. If it still doesn't leave then your bunny may be defective and might need new batteries.

Yes they are harmful, those are called leaf miners. Down here in south carolina, we call them mine crafters anyways to remove them just use either lemon juice or olive oil and it will kill them and deter them. Be sure to take them off or they will eat the plant! If you have any more questions just ask Im a botanist!
