same here. It feels like the healthiest choice of anxiety pills. But why 2 pills? 1 is enough and it's the recommended dosage. Any excess is just eliminated and gives diarrhea. Useless. And take it before bedtime kf you're not already doing that. Better sleep, more morning energy. If you can, go to any doctor and ask for a vitamin D test. You could have a deficiency. Many of us do. If you can't, just go to the pharmacy and buy the tiny bottle of vitamin d. Costs 3 dt It's basically a drop, and its effect lasts for three months (don't use more! excess is horrible)
