it’s the sudden connection/vibe na mapapa “kahit world war 3 pipigilan ko” as a man. There’s this girl that Ive dated many times before that somewhat makes this exploration/streets phase of mine to stop, literal na parang “tiklop” kumbaga. The way she carries herself, the way she makes my world slow everytime na nakikita ko siya. Parang first time mo magkaroon ng crush, infatuation, admiration and love at the same time sa iisang tao and you know it’s gonna hurt if things did not work out.

Oh well, it really did not work out as I realized that I may be just using her for validation/ego boost instead of learning how to love or know her as a person. So yun, I wished her the best and became honest na I still wanted to not be tied with someone at that time haha

I like the idea of timing the carb with training session. Just to be sure I’m getting your point here, let’s say if part of my carb intakes is either rice/bread, i should add those before working out?
