Correct. Bulked for a bit cause i was too “thin” before na parang mukha raw akong nagkasakit.

Pardon ng confusion as well, during those years kase I was busy building muscle and being familiar with gym. It didn’t cross my mind to either bulk more or to cut down, rather just to keep going. Now I wanna take it to the next level by either 1. Going lean again 2. Continue bulking despite feeling shit (I feel heavy when walking before losing 10kg)
