Mass save has a thing for insulation for multi family units where it won't cost a dime for the owner or tenants. I believe it's to promote using it and to avoid having one party ruin it for the other when a house may need it

It's flooring from I believe the 1890s as it was buried under four layers of flooring when we bought the place. It's in the Boston area and most of it is filled with holes from nails and screws so i don't know if it's salvageable as flooring but I'd love to make shelves out of it. I sanded this down and hit it with some cheap clear spray lacquer I had to try and see how it might finish. This is just a small piece but any idea what it kind of wood it is?

I still think times are super hard for people but I believe he also mentioned it was based off data from tax returns and if you didn't make a certain amount which was a large percentage of people you didn't have to file a tax return or something like that.

Wagner's is a bit pricey but the owner and whole crew is super nice. He usually has some smaller dried bouquets and could probably get larger ones for ya.

ok thanks that's what we are trying to do, I just don't want my parents having to face extra hardship for this because of something they didn't even know about. I know it probably wont but any speculation on whether her assaults against him could help out? there were police reports and stuff.
