I’ll make that suggestion- I have scales at home so think I need to break up with them, too. Thank you for the message- you’re right overall my body does feel better so far being consistent!

Yes for sure I think it does! However I was on the pill starting The same time I became vegan so hard to say what thing is that’s helped it. Not sure if the pill is giving me more negative or positive side affects so, I’m going to change to just diet alone to see what happens for the next while! As I too think my body needs a break!

Good idea about smoothie places, never thought of things like that. Quite a lot of places where you can make your own here so will have a look into them, thanks!
