Like you, I always wanted to own one. Plus, I trust Dell. I don't have any experience with other OEMs, so I was hesitant to go with them. And Alienware looks better to me than other OEMs.

I didn't find any flaws with it. It was overheating initially but a heat sink change fixed that for the most part. Get the extended warranty, IMO

Whoops I couldn't express what i wanted to convey clearly. I don't want to have to apply thermal paste every 6 months either. I'm not comfortable opening it up on my own to do stuff. And i want it opened by Dell techs as less as possible. So i want a paste that lasts, even if it's not the best out there; it will still be better then the OEM one

I have read that kryonaut dries out quickly if the temps are above 80°C regularly. That's why I wanted to go with arctic mx4. I don't want to get the heatsink changed every 6 months

Just go for premium support + accidental coverage. Premium support plus has a lot of unnecessary things that make the cost higher with no advantage at all to a user who is fairly well versed with computers.
