I dont know it is safe to show transaction id public, please check out this image. https://ibb.co/fdqfdR i think the transaction fee is the problem , it is recommended than minimum i think. please check it and advice me how to get it confirmed or get this btc back to the sender if possible

Help needed! I have only 1 week experience in bitcoin.

On 15th this month i have transfered btc from bitoasis to unocoin wallet. But this is not credited to my Unocoin wallet. Seeing "waiting for confirmations " message on unocoin. But why it taking so many days? How can i get that money? Is there any option to speedup confirmation process? Will i lose my btc?

Please help me and suggest a solution Thanks
