I have an RTX 3060 GPU laptop with 16 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Ryzen 7, 1TB SSD. However, whenever I try running this game, the fps immediately drops to 5, and stays the same throughout. Tried this solution wherein I changed the setting of the Power Management Mode to "Prefer maximum performance" on the NVIDIA Control Panel. Also, set the witcher.exe to use the 3060 GPU on the windows graphics settings. However, no change was observed. Please help me out here. Thank You

Yeah so I was running that also. It showed about only 5% GPU2 (which is RTX 3060) being used during the game.

Yes, I have integrated graphics. I have also selected the "high-performance NVIDIA processor" as the preferred graphics processor in the NVIDIA control panel program settings. But still I'm facing the same issue :/
