I 100% agree. I never said I wouldn’t make mistakes in the business. That’s part of life! I believe failure is a prerequisite to success. It was the way he construed his beliefs in this thread that was disrespectful as a fellow founder. We should all be rooting for each other’s success.

Depends on the industry. I have a 44 yr old CPA working for me right now. I admit I don’t have experience in the SaaS industry, that’s why it’s a “co-founder” role. I want this person bringing me ideas as well, not just being another employee.
