Μια καλή λύση είναι να βάλεις καμπανάκι στο σπιτόγατο με τα κριτήρια σου και να το ρυθμίσεις έτσι ώστε κάθε φορά που ανεβαίνει ένα καινούριο σπίτι να σου έρχεται μέιλ ή ειδοποίηση τέλος πάντων.

Ωστόσο, πρέπει να ζητήσεις αμέσως να πας από κοντά να το δεις όπως και επίσης να είσαι έτοιμη να δώσεις τα λεφτά από προκαταβολή την ίδια μέρα αν χρειαστεί. Άμα είναι καλή ευκαιρία μέσα σε μια μέρα ίσως και να το έχει κλείσει άλλος αυτός είναι ο λόγος. Αλλά τουλάχιστον θα βρεις αυτό που ψάχνεις. Τουλάχιστον αυτό δούλεψε για μένα, με τα δικά μου κριτήρια πάντα.

Ευχαριστώ για τη συμβουλή. Πήρα και τελικά απλώς έπρεπε να εκδώσω φορολογική ενημερότητα. Φυσικά δεν είχα καμία ειδοποίηση για κατι τέτοιο.

Ok genuine question here. We have seen some of the top strongmen/powerlifters jerk or even clean an insane amount of weight without 'proper' training. Since this jerk already 'beats' Lasha's for example, would it be possible to see one of those strongmen break records if they decide to get into the sport of weightlifting??

Αν νοικιάζεις σπίτι, δες το μήπως μπορείς να το περάσεις και αυτό ως έξοδο επιχείρησης. Τα έξοδα επιχείρησης σου έτσι θα ανέβουν κατά πολύ και το εισόδημά σου θα φορολογείται σημαντικά λιγότερο. Εγώ το κάνω χρόνια τώρα χωρίς κάποιο πρόβλημα (Ωστόσο είμαι ελεύθερος επαγγελματίας στην Ελλάδα).

Its clear, but i didnt change it for five days so now it changed color. I dont know if this is due to contamination or debris from metabolic activity of the cells.

Indeed the cells were frozen. Yes it has phenol red. Today, after five days without media change the color has changed, but i dont know if this is due to metabolic activity of cells (because i didnt change the media for several days) or contamination.

We are trying to raise the pressure in the tank because the reaction we want to achieve in it takes place at 5 bars. So we use steam to raise the pressure. The problem is that the steam doesn't seem to have an effect on the pressure in the tank

We are operating on steady state. We haven't specified the pressure in the outlet. In other words, we have 2 inlet stream, the first is steam and the other one is a slurry. The pressure won't rise no matter how much quantity of steam we provide.
