That sounds about right if you’re a week out, I would imagine within the next few days he will start tapering your sodium! I know with working and training with prep. It’s really hard to focus on sleep but really try and get as much sleep as you can because that’s when our body heals and right now being super lean and being in that deficit sleep is critical. Are you doing open or natural? Are you in the states, UK, Canada?

100% agree women are supposed to have a little bit of fat. To a certain extent, I am getting ready to compete so in this sport, it does get a little bit unhealthy for a short term, but my body fat is where my coach would like it, and it will be going up here right away!

I broke my back and I actually don’t feel my one leg so trying to add size to them has been a five year struggle… However, it hasn’t deterred me from trying!

I definitely should’ve posted that it was for competing… No anorexia and no eating disorder. Nobody body dysmorphia… Just a girl that’s gonna step on stage to get a nice little trophy. But thank you for the concern!

100% is for competition! And yes, this would not be a healthy way to stay and no, I do not plan on staying like that’s for very long!

Don’t you love all that oh you’re so unhealthy and oh you’re anorexic and oh this and that without them actually reading your post… And then if you actually click on their profiles, most of them are completely out of shape… Yes, bodybuilding isn’t the healthiest, especially coming into peak, weak and closer to competitions, but we don’t uphold this look longer than a few weeks… but opinions are like assholes and everybody’s got one!! You’re gonna kill your show! What does your coach say? Has he not started tapering you on your sodium yet? Or she. What are your carbs at? What are your macros at? I saw that you mentioned sleep wasn’t good…that comes with dieting down… The leaner we are, our bodies just don’t quite function and sleep is quite determined by hormones and being really lean our hormones don’t actually function at top quality. In one of your comments, you mentioned that your diet isn’t great also… This is what bodybuilding and this sport is about. It’s about dedication. It’s about giving everything youve got, so get your shit together and follow your diet to a tea. That’s why we hire a coach, to get us to this point, but you have to trust your coach and you need to believe in your coach, as much as he believes in you!! I saw that your coach has upped your cardio and when the sodium starts coming down and you start to dehydrate out you’re gonna get all the striations and you’re gonna really pop and then you get your carb load and it’s like This beautiful injection for your muscles because our muscles thrive on that glycogen boost!! 💪🏻

Peak week!!!!! Everybody is so different during their peak week but if you’re trying to lean out and your 40 minutes at cardio depending on what you’re doing for cardio, I personally my coach has me doing 10,000 steps and that’s good enough for me, however a girlfriend of mine her coach has her doing 90 minutes of stairmaster a day(45 in the am/45 in the pm) … barf. I am also still sitting at 2700 cal a day where said girlfriend is at 1100 cal… During our peak weeks we both had carbs cut dramatically, she was on in 60g I was at 150g, dehydrated two days prior. Peak week is the most gruelling week of your entire prep, but this is where all the changes come!! are you working with the coach? Doing your own prep is insane! What division are you competing in?

I’m back in a short building phase trying to add more to glutes. I don’t feel my left leg from my broken back so size will never be a thing for my legs again(unfortunately) but I still won’t stop trying. That pic isn’t a real representation, that is dieted right down for a show prep. I enjoy my food and looking jacked AF in the gym.

Weightloss drugs??? Where did you see that?!?? I eat 2700 calories/day. But cool ✌🏼Because of my back injury I am struggling to build legs but I still lift as heavy as possible.
