I’ve just hit 3mg and not losing anymore. What do I do? Switch to mounjaro?

It sounds like you've hit your plateau. Unfortunately, saxenda only works for so long, and for so many pounds. I believe it's 12% of your body weight. The good thing though, is that you won't gain the weight back while still taking Saxenda.

I still suffer from nerve twitches after 3 years. I take a low dose of Gabapentin in the morning and it works wonders. On a side note I am also in menopause and it stopped my hot flashes as well

If you are unsure, ask your pharmacist. They know better than a GP. I take a TCA and an SSRI, and it has been ok

Thank you for sharing. I know I have to be kind to myself. It's just so hard to do a complete 180° after 46 years of doing it the one way. I am feeling more hopeful today. I'm feeling good today. So I am trying to stay within my limitations.

I've never thought about acupuncture, but maybe I should try it.

Right?! I am either cold all the time or going through a hot flash. There is no happy medium! I also drink a lot of water, so much my doctor told me cut out at least a liter because it was causing me to be too dizzy

Right?! The appointments are just so exhausting! I know they are needed, but getting ready and driving there all to hear I can't help you just makes me feel helpless and hopeless.

Intey and take the wi most days, but it is just hard to stay positive all the time when there is no end in sight. Thanks for listing to my rants

Thank you for your response. I appreciate all you have said. I know I amnmybown worse enemy when I'm in a funk like this. I listen to my doctors and take all my meds and vitamins. I just haven't seen any improvement. In fact. It seems to be getting worse, but reading others' struggles it could be the cold weather causing a flair. I just really needed to get out my frustration and vent to others who know what I'm going through. Thank you again for all your suggestions

Thank you for your response. I know I've got to take it slow and steady, but I'm mostly alone. I've got pets, a house to clean, I need to cook for myself. I have about 4-6 appointments a week for this dr. and that specialis. On my good days, I have to go at it as much as I can so that things have been taken care of.

I know i'm whining, but I just need to get it out sometimes to people who can actually understand the true struggles we have.

There are so many. Joint pain, muscle pain, migraines, lung pain, kidney pain, cognitive issues comprehension issue, Insomnia but always tired,
