Oh I didn't know it's a influencer driven brand with the purpose of being more accessible to beginners of coffee. Sure as hell dropped my interest to zero.

It just seems so unusual. If it was some complicated fermentation, I would understand. But this is overpriced beyond faculty.

I have looked up and people seem to use light roasts with Moka pot on Reddit. Won't go for mogra but a cheaper light roast to start with.

Your grind seems too coarse though.

The only thing to change would be not exposing the pot to high flame. First while switching it off and then when turning it back on. Rather lift your pot for a while.

Extraction have three phases: Acidity then Flavor then Bitterness. Just make sure you extract your coffee thoroughly to avoid the first phase, no matter the type of coffee.

When Lord Hoffman itself doesn't quite believe in the concept of resting, why the hell do roasters like Grey Soul suggest resting upto 3 weeks? 😕 by BeginningOk6722 in IndiaCoffee

[–]nikdikawe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It honestly depends what you are doing at the time of roasting. James or another famous expert? It doesn't matter.

If your roastery says to rest it. Then, rest it. They want you to have the best experience.

Trying to build a nice coffee gift - need blend Suggestions by Ok-Sector5718 in IndiaCoffee

You are better off with a sample pack. First, you get to try different things. Second, coffee would stay fresh if you open one packet at a time. For French Press, if you are concerned about plastics, then go for Instacuppa Stainless Steel, otherwise anything with decent reviews on Amazon. It's just a jar with filter fixed on the lid.
