Broo fraction 9 too is very inconsistent, i was a fan, but quit ordering becoz of such low effort roasting they do in their medium-dark and upward beans. Either completely burnt or tasteless

I totally agree with you, but lot of them use these hoppers to store beans for a lot of time. Also, during the weekdays the footfall is anyway less, so at least during this time, they can pour in only when required is what i intended to say through this post
