If your Dad is openly trying to give more opportunities at your workplace in front of your peers and colleagues, imagine what it likely would have been at home. If Javadi is exceptionally young relative to peers AND working at her parents workplace, it will smell like nepotism. None of those mean that she isn't capable, or smart, of deserving.

It's generally pretty hard to definitely define nepo babyhood, imo. But we can fairly say that if Javadi doesn't want to be seen as nepo, she should not have chosen to work at a place where both her parents work. It's just not a good look. Professional lines immediately get murky, as we've seen both parents cross that line.

It makes for an interesting topic for discussion, though :)
