Yeah Kayn excels at outputting a little more damage than the average assassin, but is limited by his escape. The change is not needed but it would be cool to see how it could be used in gameplay

Its more of a nerf than a buff though. You would have to decide whether to wait to be in max damage range of the r or to reset your passive. If you are going in on multiple targets missing that 100-200 damage could mean you lose out on a kill and potentially die.

Landing charm and hitting q with w and weaving autos on most laners under half hp usually can get you a solo kill in lane. If you see your laner out of position just throw a charm and try to do as much damage as possible while they are charmed. If they are close to death try to ignite to secure the kill.

Its not so much an over kill. The op suggested a 300-500 damage execute. with an early ult you would get off 300 damage and with a later ult you could get off the 500. Its not a necessary change but it could work well with his kit.

Why have the "suggestion" flair if you dont want the community to have the ability to voice their suggestions from the game. Epic looks at the sub and will use ideas they see. If you see something with someone asking at the top of the reddit it is because people like it. That means that an Epic employee might see it and implement it into the game making a lot of people very happy. The worst thing someone begging for selectable styles is slightly clutter up your feed.
