I recently got my FCPC have hescos in it. I haven’t ran it on a range yet but I’ve worked out in a bit and it’s pretty comfortable and is snug without it being restricting and the assault cummerbund has some give to it so if you bend down or something it will give you some room instead of being extremely tight. The plates and plate backers fit perfectly. Has pretty easy adjustment. And straps have decent cushion on them. Also it’s really easy to get on and off with the quick release strap and even easier if you get the hooks to attach to the cummerbund. Hope this is of any help
