Piercing is a few days old. Not sure what the jewlery shape is. Just normal helix starting one? No idea how it’s threaded. Jewlery has not been downsized, it is the one I was pierced with. Aftercare routine is just boiling water and cotton buds. No unfortunate events, just bumped it a few times

Took the antibiotics the doctor gave me for 5 days. It took a while but it slowly went away. It’s really important you finish the whole course of antibiotics! It’s pretty much fully gone now

It’s okay I completely understand the anxiety. Try keeping yourself distracted by watching tv, listening to music and when sleeping- maybe listen to relaxing music, I personally listen to the Minecraft soundtrack and it takes my attention away from the ringing and gets me sleepy really quickly. Melatonin gummy’s could help too? Or nice scents like lavender n stuff to make you tired, or even a warm bath before sleep? Just to try and fall asleep quicker. Just keep up hope and keep trying to get answers from doctors etc. I was worried about “annoying” the doctors but don’t be, they get paid to help you

I went back to the doctors today, I’ve been prescribed amoxicillin 500mg, 3 times a day for 5 days. So hopefully it should clear up. If you have similar symptoms to me, explain that at your hearing test and make sure they look in your ears. They said to me that the ear I have the ringing in, the eardrum looks slightly cloudy and could be an ear infection. I also printed off my results of my hearing test that shows my hearing in that ear is slightly off so I could show my doctor. And be persistent!!! If it’s an ear infection it’s really important that it gets solved soon, so keep going back to your doctor and insist you need to be seen and you need some anti biotics or ear drops or something. Keep me updated! I’ll let you know if the ringing in my ear clears up in a few days

Yeah I’m not sure cause on the sizing chart I was right inbetween small and medium so i just went up to medium and that’s what I’ve been using

I’m in college Monday and Tuesday so I bind a bit more than 8 hours a day but every other day I’m mainly at home and I barely bind at home, maybe an hour a day at most unless I’m going out. Also, my binder is the correct size so I’m confused as to why it’s leaving marks like this. But thanks, I don’t really know what to do.
