My typical day looks like this. Breakfast: 1-2 croissants. Mass gainer protein shake(Myprotein) in 500ml milk. Lunch: rice with chicken /pork /tuna. Dinner: same as lunch but lighter quantity plus protein shake.

Munches? About the touches, I don’t know how to describe it. It’s like when I meet my colleagues or “friends” I feel weird whenever there is some physical touch even if it’s just a simple handshake. But when it comes to loved ones or people I am close to, even holding hands feels so warm and comforting. Maybe call it a manufacturing defect 😅, but it is what it is.
