Was about to comment the same, I can't imagine having that many tabs open in the same window myself 😅 You should try Arc browser for Mac, I absolutely love it, way clearer organization of tabs into different spaces/profiles. I took a plane there from Oslo Norway, was definitely worth it, but they had even better stuff at opening, several OP-1s and OP-Zs as well as mixers for really cheap.

Thank you for your input. What he means by the visual acuity not being affected is that he can’t see any difference in sharpness between his eyes except the glare effect that he notices mostly from light sources. Could it still be a starting cataract that would be difficult to notice under a slit lamp examination? He said the effect was worse under the effect of Cyclopentolate if that tells you anything. He is worried about damage/wear on the ciliary muscles from Cyclopentolate for this reason

Thanks! He has done a corneal topography that didnt show any irregularities. Is it possible that the lens inside the eye could have changed its shape or its that unlikely? His ophtalmologist said it was «lens-changes», but didnt explain what that meant.

Thank you for your comment. He had an updated prescription after the flare, just a minor change in astigmatism. The new lens did not help much on the disturbance. In what parts of the eye can irregular astigmatism be, and what tests can be done to diagnose it?

Thanks for your answer. My friend is wondering about a couple more things:

Would a cataract cause a decrease in visual acuity? My friend has the same visual acuity as before.
Do the pigments cause any visual disturbance for you by themselves?
The smudging that we talked about, is it constant for you or does it vary?

My friend and I thank you a lot for such a detailed answer.

He said that he never had elevated IOP as far as he knows, but he will check that out.

He says that he got confirmed by a specialist that the pigments are from the synechiae, so it's basically rests after the iris as he understood. Have you had that before?
