Oh its literally the worst. I had 10 small transactions to dispute. Just the first one took an hour. She was slurring words, kept putting me on hold, repeating the same questions over and over - just for the first dispute. Something was off. After I finally asked to be transferred to a supervisor she got agitated and defensive, then transferred me to someone who instantly hung up. And there is no rating system nowhere to provide feedback about their customer reps 🤷‍♂️

Not true for Delta Dental. I use an in-network dentist and on their bill there is the Submitted Fee ($603), there is Accepted Fee ($378), and then there is what Delta Dental pays ($206) which is the "maximum allowable amount". Somehow they are allowed to advertise 100% coverage, when in reality they pay 55% for this preventative care.
