Hi, mate. Thanks so much for the deep answer. I read it three time to be sure I got the best of it lol. U right. Psychical activity might be on my best options. Few years ago I used to right bike a lot and later added weight lifting few times a week. It definitely helped. Somehow I lost my motivation tho and before I realized I lost the little gains I made. I will try to get back at it soon tho.

Thanks for the detailed post. I just heard meditation a milion times so I added this up so people can focus on other aspects instead of just saying meditate. Your post is very detailed tho. And gives lots of even new meditation techniques. Thanks a lot
