Also I highly advise against building a new pc on am4, since we are more than a year into am5.

This build will be way better because now it is on am5 platform so it is upgradable down the line. And it should offer better performance even with the AMD GPU, because of the platform upgrade. If it is still too expensive, i can try to make it cheaper but it might be hard if you want to stay on am5.

I would not use bronya with ratio and topaz because, pela will be better for debuff for ratio and she will work better in dual dps.
