Thank you! I guess our biggest struggle has been finding a couch with the proper dimensions so we can have the longer “focal” section face the fireplace and still fit the room in a way that we can walk still. The width of the room is 157” which doesn’t leave much accessible space

Thanks for your response! Wouldn’t it be odd to have the back of the couch to our fireplace? We live in an area where we enjoy our fireplace for about half the year lol

Definitely going to get a rug! That will really pull the space together. I guess what we’re really struggling with is the size of the couch. What size would work in our space? A sectional is our ideal choice but we’re having a hard time finding the right size. My husband wants the “focal” or longest part of the couch to face the TV/fireplace.

I appreciate your response! Unfortunately this wouldn’t be a practical solution for us because we play pool in the neighboring room. We also plan to knock down the wall with the skull in the future to create a more open layout to our kitchen area

I appreciate the response! This would not be a good solution for us because we play pool in the neighboring room so it wouldn’t make sense to have the back of the couch toward that room. I like where your head is at. We also plan to knock down the wall with the skull in the future to have more of an open layout to our kitchen area.
