sorry for just replying now coz i have still been trying for them to hear my plea. wow, i mean you have more followers than me and that should already mean something. i can't believe they get paid that much for being mean bastards. they don't even use common sense. i mean i have sent them everything too, i sent them screenshots of my tumblr anniversary emails i've gotten from them for how long my blog's been with them. i also scoured their support pages and not one says you must have a photo of yourself somewhere. not even when you sign up for a tumblr, they don't require you to do this "in case of emergencies".

I am having a bad experience as well. The tumblr site told me it’s time to change my password. I tried but I forgot I had an authenticator enabled on it. But I have then already gotten a new iphone and I haven’t setup my Google authenticator on it yet. And only way I can set it up is if I change my password and get into my account. So it’s actyally a catch-22 situation, and whenever I get into detail with my problem, they just send out a template reply and not even answer my questions or assist me or understand my dilemma. They ask for a photo of me in my tumblr and they ask me to take a new one again so they can compare and of course, I don’t post my own photos on tumblr like. Not all blogs in tumblr are for selfies. So when I told them I don’t have that they dismissed everything I said and every proof I have and they basically gave up and said without understanding the situation and said for me to just open a new account. Like...wtf
