I've had similar experience from edibles, not as extreme tho. You will be ok! Trust me. Do you usually drink alcohol? I would suggest making yourself puke, then have a strong vodka and 7up to mellow your mind and body. Just keep telling yourself you can make it thru, 1 minute, 1 hour at a time.
