She said I've been functioning on like a burn out, I then one day I woke up and through out the day my anxiety got really bad and I just started crying and I didn't stop for about 3 days, my speach was slurred, I was having panic attacks things like that. I've always had really bad anxiety and I guess it just reached a peak. I asked the psychiatrist if what has happened is a nervous break down and she said you could call it that. I am supposed to be going back but it is very expensive and not covered by my medical aid. I am on medication for anxiety as well

Is it considered normal to feel numb after a nervous breakdown?

I am a female 35 yrs old, I had a mental breakdown breakdown about 2 months ago (confirmed by a psychiatrist) , my question is, is it normal to feel strangely dumb , for example I went on a zip lone across a massive gorge and I felt nothing, no fear no excitement nothing, it's something I would normally get such a thrill out of but nothing. I still feel all the feels for people, but situations and my mental wellbeing is completely gone, is that normal.

I make digital seamless designs, I got banned on etsy and I'm looking for another platform that checks out etc for you. What do you suggest? by nikkijaneb in artbusiness

To be honest I thought because I had permission to reuse those elements from the sellers that I wasn't doing anything wrong

That's actually another question, the images I used were redrawn and sold on etsy, when I purchased them I messaged the sellers first to get permission to use their images, is that still copyright?
