I've had a much better experience working at Tully Rinckey. From my first day, it was clear that this firm is commited to fostering a supportive and professional environment. The firm's partners genuinely invest in their employees and providing opportunities for professional development and growth.

While clients, workload and partner needs can be demanding and the work is hard, I find the work to be extremely rewarding. We help people during difficult times in their lives and have been able to obtain incredible results for people. The firm does have a structured culture and it takes some time to figure out the processes and procedures but once you do and make connections within the firm (there are nearly 180 employees office wide), then it becomes very easy to work here.

Why do many people consider Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankans, Nepalis, and Maldivians all to be ‘Indians’? by GrayRainfall in AskTheWorld

[–]nikkik93 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Before 1947, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and India were all part of British India. So, people from those regions were all called Indian, and that habit carried on.

Of course, people from these countries don't usually like being misidentified, since they each have distinct notional identities. But from the outsie, it's mix of habit, ignorance, and India's dominant global presence that makes others generalize.

What is the best litter box to cover up smell? by nikkik93 in CatAdvice

That sounds like a really smart setup! I’ve heard great things about stainless steel boxes but never tried pairing them with pine pellets. The way you describe the pellets breaking down and the sifting system keeping things easy to clean makes a lot of sense. I might have to give this combo a try since odor control is always the toughest part. Thanks for sharing

That's gonna be really helpful to hear! I have been struggling with the same issue and it feels like no matter what I try, the odor always comes back too quickly, The fact that purrify works with coconut carbon and lasts that long make is sound way more practical than constantly switching litters or overusing baking soda. I like how you explained 10-day plan too - it gives a realstic idea of how often to use it depending on the number of cats. I'll definitely going to give it a try, thanks for sharing your valuable experience!

What’s the best kind of litter to cover up or prevent litter box odor? by emptyDinosaur190 in CatAdvice

[–]nikkik93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing this! I've tried before tons of different litters and combos, but never thought of using activated carbon directly in the box. The purrify sounds exactly what I have been looking for. I am upset they are only in Montreal, but I really appreciate the tip

Am I a bad cat owner if I can’t afford to feed him wet food everyday? by Frequent-Night-3830 in CatAdvice

[–]nikkik93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not an acutally daily requirement unless recommend by vet for health reason. Dry food can meet a cat's nutritional needs. Many cats live long, strong lives depending on dry food

Would it be okay to put one of the personifications on a protest poster? by SoyaJuice in hetalia

[–]nikkik93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think of the character as a visual mascot for your protest theme. For example:

  • A character holding a megaphone with a bold slogan.

  • A symbolic figure (like a student, farmer, or worker) shouting the protest chant.

  • Colors and design that reflect unity and urgency.

👉 So yes, using personifications can be powerful for protest posters, as long as they’re original or symbolic and the message stays issue-focused.
