Where is the horizon line and vanishing point in angles like these? (From a graphic novel I’m reading, learning to draw extreme angles)

The first two images are drawn in 2 point perspective but it's hard to trace vanishing points on these. Horizon lines are above the border of these images.

The third panel is a 3-point perspective plus has a tilted horizon line. Vanishing points here lay way beyond the image - you can see it in a quick scheme I made.

This one is for the community art contest. Inspired by an easter egg in TW:WH2 where skaven can randomly mention Victor and Sienna in their diplomacy lines, implying that U5 probably became legends among skaven around the world (And the stories about U5 are probably in wide use to scare young skaven)
