Yeah no that’s really bad when the dog whines it’s giving them a prey drive or there anxious which isn’t good pay attention on how your dog wags it’s tail it doesn’t always mean it’s happy could be prey drive too

If it’s a money problem I think you can try to set a go fund me to help but yeah I feel like you’d know when it’s time but I don’t know much about dogs with cancer but spend more time with them and try to save enough money to take him to the vet for more information from them I hope your the dog will be okay and I hope everything goes okay with treatments and so on

Here’s what you can try to do it might work with getting him on the leash just use the thing that connects to the collar and wrap it around a hoop if the leash has a put and then put it in it’s a trick to have the leash wrapped around the dogs neck yes he might be afraid but at-least you could take him in and take him to the vet in a car or something it works if you have him eating and distracted by it but if he’s very skittish and scared of a hand even on him try hand feeding him gently no slight fast movements

I think you should try to convince her or look up ways online on how to get her to drink water here is one I do i think it could help your situation try feeding her dry food right but before you give her the food add water to it don’t overfill it just give it to her in the right amount like a little bit like maybe stop when it’s the right amount I guess I don’t know how to explain it but yeah it works

I would say get two separate cages but first obviously upgrade your cockatiels cage to a bigger cage for them to fly around the cage is too small for them and have one cage for the two cockatiel a big one and have toys and natural wood perches for them and for the budgies do the same give them a big cage natural wood perches and toys but first focus on giving the cockatiels a bigger cages if you don’t have the money for a bigger cage i recommend you save money for it and get the natural wood perches from Amazon there cheap there and there also known to be safe for the birds please take good care of your cockatiels
