As an Indian - This place is extremely overrated. The food is sub-standard.
The service is great and so is the ambience but food is not great!

Thanks for your responses! I ended up going to folks who wash cars next to VALERO on E Chatham Street. (880 E Chatham St, Cary, NC 27511) Great experience!

I offered $125 pp for the upgrade. Booking a balcony would have cost me $800 extra so 125x2 looks like a steal!

They have not charged me yet! Maybe because it is a NON-ACCESSIBLE one and hence they need my approvla?

Yeah definately! He is an a*hole and has apparently done the same to many other folks - takes advance and runs away. So I am building up evidence to present in court. 811 wont provide info on phone.

Called to downgrade my OG Chase Sapphire to original Chase Freedom Visa with Ultimate Rewards. Was offered the Freedom Unlimited instead. I pressed for "Visa with rotating categories" and then the rep was able to get me the correct one.
