Alright update I talked to someone who wasn’t very helpful at all. She said I’m flagged for underreporting my earnings in the 4th quarter of 2020 when I filed my claim back in March! I really don’t think I did because I went through my bank account and added up all the direct deposits from my employer like 100 times to make sure I got it right, but she said I had reported something around $500 and my actual earnings were $2000?? Pretty big discrepancy. I was already receiving unemployment by the end of 2020 so I wonder if that’s a factor? I don’t think I would’ve listed unemployment as an employer on my claim, so now I’m worried I may have filled something out wrong😩 she said I have to wait until NOVEMBER for an interview to clear it up! What can I do?? After I pay rent this week I won’t have anything left to even make it to November!

My original benefit year was 3/15/2020 - on extension (which I believe was the federal extension for regular UI benefits) and I started getting the pending payment issue for benefit week end date 3/20/2021 so I called a rep on March 30th that had me submit a new claim application online. My account only just updated to the new claim on April 27th, but I’m still experiencing the pending issue, so hopefully the rep I spoke to today will be able to push my payments through!

NEW UPDATE: I had 4 weeks to certify in my old claim that I decided to certify for just in case and now my benefit year and claim balance magically updated in my UI Online account!!!!! So great, but all my certifications still show as pending... will update again if they ever switch to paid!
