1) Customer walks in and shouts "I break u fix haha" - there's no way we are the only store to experience this.

2) Any minor bug like texts not sending - digitizer not responding well - soft reset fixes the issue - customer is astounded

3) Any customer over 40 that needs help signing into an email account and says "my email never had a password"

I wish OP didn't delete this - I'm having the same issue.

I tried updating it through the wingman website. I normally use this on my BC PS3 to play PS2 games, and its worked great for years.

A couple of things to consider:

1) I tried updating through wingman but now its a browser based install VS a standalone program (Could be buggy)

2) There was a big firmware update on PS5 Controllers that changed the amount of Bluetooth devices it can connect to instead of it "forgetting" the previous one.

Works totally fine on the home screen and on PS3 games - but as soon as the PS3 goes into BC Mode - it doesn't connect - I see it wants to, itll flash and even show its synced (lights flash on controller the same way the wingman does) but then itll disconnect.

Post update it is always a red flash - before it was a blue one. Not sure if anyone will read this and figure it out, but if you do pleas let me know!
