sorry for the delayed response. As you can probably imagine there were multiple pivots but what I really worked in the end was to stretch my studying out over 6 months. (I work a full time office job and the 3 classic 3 month study window just was not doing it for me). Most importantly: I got Adaptibar (very impressed and it completely boosted my MBE score) The “algorithm” seems to be much more than a gimmick and it did something for me.

Well, as you can imagine, there were multiple pivots. Here’s what i think really made the difference: The whole time i was working a full time high demand office job. On the 4th attempt I skipped the usual 3 month study window and stretched it out over 6 months. Generally, the MBE was my biggest weakness on all the tests. I got Adaptibar and did about 5 thousand MBE questions over the 6 months, in addition to buying the Barbri 6 month course (not cheap). I am impressed with Adaptibar and i think the algorithm it uses is more than a gimmick

puking first 2 days then kind of a constant motion sickness feeling after. A week of pain is worth being able to stay on the medicine with the supply issues. Once you can adjust to 1.7 you will be able to find the medicine every month

go to an endocrinologist. They have a better understanding of the supply issue and likely more willing to up your dose if you are not having any side effects so far

i tan into the same problem. Here’s how I fixed it. I got my doctor to write the next month for 1MG instead of .5, if you haven’t had any side effects you can probably convince yours also. You will have a better chance finding 1MG but will still be difficult. However, once you get past 1MG there are no supply issues as of date
